Due to supply chain issues as well as a constantly changing economic landscape, there are certain updates we need to make to our service and will call policies.
Special Orders must be prepaid for all credit card and cash accounts. Special orders that are returned or canceled are subject to manufacturer's restock fees. Additionally, special orders will be held on will call ready for pick up for 3 weeks after receiving and then become un-cancelable. We call on all open orders when they come in, we also call on all pending pick ups once a week. This means we will attempt to contact you on these items 4 times before they become un-cancelable. with supply chain issues, back orders and so on, special orders that sit for an extended amount of time be come non-returnable to the factory making this change necessary.
Stock items will be held at the will call for 2 weeks before being canceled. If a stock item is prepaid, a refund will be issued to the payment method used. Again, we call on all open will calls weekly so we will attempt to contact you a minimum of two times before canceling old will calls.
All Orders have a $10 minimum.
