Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policies


We will ship to any address within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We offer shipping through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. To use alternate carriers, LTL or other options not listed, please contact us directly and we will accommodate when possible.

We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is placed as well as shipping charges.*

We offer same day courier service within the San Francisco Bay Area. please contact us for delivery cost and delivery times.

For shipping outside of the U.S., please contact us for shipping costs and lead time.

*Shipping rates are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the items purchased.


Returns & Refunds

Any items requiring a return will be refunded within 1-4 weeks of receipt of the returned item. Please note this includes transit time, time to process your return, as well as processing time for your bank to deposit the refund into your account. It will be at our discretion whether or not an item necessitates a return. If the reason for return is determined to be a fault of CashParts, we will cover any shipping costs for return, and full refund for the item(s) or order being returned.

We will refund any new and unused item within 90 days of the date the item was received. Any return after 30 days from the date received, a 25% re-stock fee will apply.* 

If a refund is requested for a warranty issue, the item must be returned. Once the item is confirmed defective, we will then credit for the item as well as any shipping charges.

*Non-stock and special items are subject to the factories returns policies, and may be non-returnable.



Each aftermarket part comes with a one year warranty. Each OEM part carries the full warranty of the manufacturer.
